Novel Midtown Atlanta is a 14-story, 360,000-square-foot residential tower featuring 340 luxury apartments and 3,200 square feet of ground-level retail space, built over a five-level podium parking structure. United Consulting’s International Code Council (ICC)-certified special inspectors were instrumental in ensuring the project was constructed according to the required specifications. They verified the installation of post-tensioned cables, remained on-site during stressing operations, conducted reinforcing and structural steel inspections, verified bolted and welded connections, and performed concrete testing.
