David Huetter

David Huetter is the Director of Ecological Services at United Consulting, with over three decades of experience at the firm. He serves as the senior environmental and ecological authority at United Consulting providing leadership in the areas of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, along with a broad range of other environmental services. David also manages and oversees environmental and ecological assessment projects, including wetland delineation, permitting, stream restoration, protected species, surveys, and stream delineations across the Southeastern United States.

David has a wealth of knowledge and experience in environmental consulting, having conducted over 1,000 Phase I Environmental Assessments since 1994. His expertise also commercial property assessments and comprehensive environmental due diligence, adhering to standards beyond ASTM guidelines, as outlined by agencies such as the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Forest Resources Majoring in Wildlife Biology from the University of Georgia.
