United Consulting maintains an ongoing partnership with Murphy USA, providing a comprehensive range of services to support their expansion and redevelopment efforts. To date, we have successfully completed over 1,000 projects for Murphy USA, averaging 40 to 60 store developments annually, with a peak of 127 stores in a single year. These projects primarily consist of construction of convenience stores with fueling stations, as well as assisting with Murphy USA’s Raze and Rebuild (R&R) program.
Our team of experts performs geotechnical explorations, preliminary environmental reports, and NEPA screens. We also provide full-scale environmental services including Phase I & Phase II Environmental Assessments, as needed, wetlands evaluations, and asbestos surveys. In addition, we offer subsurface utility engineering; Special Inspections related to International Building Code (IBC) code compliance; and other construction materials testing onsite to ensure quality and compliance throughout each project,
