David Huetter

David Huetter is the Director of Ecological Services at United Consulting, with over three decades of experience at the firm. He serves as the senior environmental and ecological authority at United Consulting providing leadership in the areas of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, along with a broad range of other environmental services. David also manages and oversees environmental and ecological assessment projects, including wetland delineation, permitting, stream restoration, protected species, surveys, and stream delineations across the Southeastern United States.

David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of environmental consulting, having conducted more than 1,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments since 1994. His expertise extends to commercial property evaluations and comprehensive environmental due diligence, consistently exceeding ASTM standards by incorporating guidelines established by agencies such as the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources with a major in Wildlife Biology from the University of Georgia.
