Mehdi Moazzami, PhD, P.E.

Mehdi Moazzami, a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at United Consulting for over 23 years, has more than 30 years of industry experience in geotechnical subsurface investigations, dam analysis and evaluation, foundation design, bridge foundation investigations, soil survey, pavement evaluation, and transportation in both public and private sector environments.

He delivers dependable solutions across a diverse range of geotechnical applications, including subsurface explorations and engineering evaluations. His expertise has been instrumental in numerous Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) projects, such as road widening and realignment initiatives. Mehdi received a Bachelor of Science degree (1981), Master of Science degree (1984), and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering degree (1991) from The Ohio State University.
