Throughout his tenure, Tim has risen through the ranks to senior management, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the company’s growth and success. He possesses a wealth of experience, which encompasses project management and field inspection inclusive of residential, commercial, government, and industrial sectors.

Tim’s professional background includes conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, water and groundwater drainage investigations, moisture and mold inspections, and Indoor Air Quality investigations and testing. A trusted industry leader, Tim has and continues to successfully manage multimillion-dollar projects for United Consulting. He has also completed advanced continuing education in mold assessment and remediation, including courses at the Environmental Institute and EMSL Laboratories, further enhancing his specialized knowledge in this critical area.
